iMCO focuses on innovative, fashionable products designed and developed in an effort to perfect your everyday mobile life. iMCO entered into the smart wearable market with its 1st generation smart bracelet, the NB, in 2014. Released in 2015, the 2nd generation smart bracelet, DBL, was capable of heart-rate monitoring, along with many other features. CoWatch smart watch was successfully launched through an Indiegogo crowd-funding campaign in April 2016. By offering smart wearables, including fitness bands and smart watches, as well as, mobile accessories such as power bank, car charger, and Bluetooth wireless speakers, iMCO is fully committed and well positioned to "perfect your mobile life".
How did you come up with the idea for iMCO Watch smart watch?
We were continuously making and promoting several product lines in mobile power, wireless charging, Bluetooth speakers, smart bracelets, and more. In 2014 we made the decision to focus specifically on smart wearables, which we believe to be key into the new Internet Era, or IoT (Internet of Things). Shortly after we completed the first prototype, we met Cronologics team, who is developing a brand new watch OS. Together, we hope to provide our customers with a unique watch-centric user experience to perfect their mobile life.
What makes iMCO Watch special?
iMCO Watch is the world’s first Amazon Alexa-enabled smart watch. iMCO Watch is also the first wearable device to utilize the Cronologics OS, which provides a watch-centric user experience.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
We were really excited with the successful launch of our initial crowd-funding campaign on Indiegogo, which received international exposure with supporters from more than 50 countries. Continuing to see sales come in and receive positive feedback from our growing community keeps us enthusiastic about the future!
